To strengthen our support for TAI employees, we are actively searching for a Benefits and Compensation Manager. This role involves overseeing our organization’s compensation and benefits program, including health and welfare benefits, as well as managing associated policies and procedures. Additionally, the successful candidate will champion our employee value proposition, ensuring our team members receive the best possible assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum (7) years of experience in managing compensation and benefit programs emphasizing equity.
- Knowledge base in regulatory and legislative impacts to both compensation and benefit programs
- Experience developing and managing benefits packages including producing metrics, and negotiating insurance contracts with vendors, brokers, and consultants.
- Direct experience administering leave of absence and accommodations in a multi-state and/or international organization
- Health care experience, working with an HRIS, current system: Dayforce and or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent preferred
