Description:

Ewing Outdoor Supply is currently looking for a Benefits and Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Benefits and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs and engaging employees to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee benefits and employee engagement and wants to make a positive impact in the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Benefits administration or employee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Prefered)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment and changes for employees
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and provide guidance and support
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as wellness programs, team building events, and recognition programs
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee communication and engagement plans
  • Analyze employee engagement data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in the benefits and engagement industry
