Description:

THE CHALLENGE

We’re looking for a Benefits and Mobility analyst to join our global HR team. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs and mobility initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the business and employee needs. Additionally, you will oversee mobility programs to facilitate the movement of employees across different locations while ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to relevant policies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, mobility management, or related HR functions.
  • Good knowledge of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in benefits administration or HR (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning a repository and framework of all benefits programs offered across Unilabs in different countries
  • Guiding local HR teams on policy and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and wellness programs
  • Research industry trends and best practices to develop strategies for enhancing our benefits offerings and improving employee satisfaction.
  • Work closely with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate plan options, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
  • Advising countries on available mobility programs and packages. Developing and maintaining mobility policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness globally
  • Coordinate relocation and assignment processes for employees moving between different international locations
  • Implementing variable benefits practices across all functions.
  • Support in the execution of long-term incentive programs for top executives and help design a framework for the rest of the organization
