Here are the challenges that await you:

  • Improve employee satisfaction with their benefits by providing excellent customer service and optimizing our tools
  • Support our managers in managing all leave of absences, oversee case management (human and financial aspects) including return to work
  • Promote our various benefits programs and maximize their impact
  • Work in close collaboration with our insurers and external partners

On a daily basis, this means:

  • Play a proactive role in the administration of disability cases and other leave of absence (WCB, maternity, etc.): coordination and follow-ups with all parties involved; claim management process; propose return-to-work plans
  • Administer our various programs from A to Z: enrolment, changes, exception requests, electronic data exchanges, payroll transactions
  • Respond to employee requests via various communication channels; train and support our managers.
  • Billing process; premium reimbursement tracking; reconciliation
  • Monitoring of immigration files
  • Recommend promotional campaigns for our programs; draft communications and improve our tools; manage re-enrollment period (biennial).
  • Work in collaboration with insurers to optimize our administrative processes and electronic data exchanges
  • Implement tools and procedures to ensure the quality of information and data integrity

Depending on your profile, other responsibilities may gradually be added to your mandate!

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong writing skills and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of payroll, an asset
  • Knowledge of Workday, an asset.
  • Teamwork and customer service
  • Curiosity, autonomy and well organized
  • Bilingualism required (French/English)
