YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new company is a household name in FMCG manufacturing looking for a benefits administrator to join their HR team for a 6 week leave cover.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and allocate fleet resources across the various business units
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance for Lion team members on all benefits matters including fleet cars, novated leases and parking
  • Responding to cases in Service Now and directly via email
  • Provide administration support to the Reward team with general matters including:
  • Editing documentation such as policies, procedures and statements
  • Producing confidential letters, including mail merging, editing and sending
  • Data validation and checking
