Parker Brothers Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Benefits Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. As a Benefits Solutions Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for providing benefits consulting services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to analyze their current benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements and cost savings
  • Develop and implement new benefits and compensation programs that align with our clients’ business goals
  • Conduct research and stay current with industry trends and compliance issues related to benefits
  • Assist with open enrollment processes and communications regarding benefits
  • Provide support and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Some college degree in Financing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Thorough understanding of employee benefit plans, laws, and policies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:
