Responsibilities:

YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Owning Bently Nevada Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables
  • Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales
  • Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions
  • Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing
  • Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada technologies and working with them on specifications
  • Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning
  • Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified
  • Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in direct sales, customer service and operations for Vibration Condition Monitoring or Digital software or Rotating Equipment.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Have Experience in UAE Market is preferred.
  • Have strong customer-focused skills.
  • Have the Capability of hosting / facilitating discussion at meetings.
