THE COMPANY:

This team are a great events supplier in the industry and they are looking for an enthusiastic Bespoke Production Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs for a wide variety of clients.

The Bespoke Production Manager will report to the Production Director. The Bespoke Production Manager role will work closely with high-end clients across Australia. This role will work closely with the production and creative departments to deliver various elements of the production of bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Provide expert technical input to Creative team on construction methods from both metal and wood approaches depending on the item/project
• Estimation & Costing of projects into the internal system
• Quality control and ensure all production meets Australian standards, minimising Company risk/exposure by adopting best practice techniques in all manufacturing approaches
• Maintain Production schedule for approved projects - Ensuring production projects run within budget, to timelines & agreed milestones
• Participate in meetings and be articulate in your communication of tasks and requests of information to find solutions
• Manage Production suppliers to deliver bespoke builds
• Working closely with the Warehouse and Logistics in regard to logistics around projects
• Working with the Production Director on Risk Assessments documents associated with bespoke products
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality within the Production Department.
