POSITION OVERVIEW

The BESS After-sales Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support related to energy storage systems, ensuring that the energy storage projects are executed successfully and troubleshooting any technical challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of energy storage technologies, systems, and applications.
  • Proficiency with technical software tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of energy storage systems.

  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support for energy storage projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams on product improvements and potential challenges observed in the field.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in energy storage technology and integrate knowledge into daily tasks and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all technical activities and solutions are in line with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
