Our approach to everything we do is centered around our customers from the moment they walk through the doors. Our specialty is our meat, but it doesn’t stop there. This is a dining experience like no other and we strive to ensure this is one to remember.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment, so great communication skills will give you instant bonus points. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to jump-start their cooking career but doesn’t know where to begin.

Responsibilities:
We’re getting busier, and as such need some more help in the kitchen! This role is ideal for a passionate, hard working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in the kitchen.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Making each dish according to recipe, following the recipe to 100%
- Setting kitchen up for busy periods
- Assisting the kitchen manager as required
- Ensuring stock is rotated to minimise wastage and kept and correct temperatures
- Ensuring prep and ordering lists are always being completed each day
The hours will be approximately 12 - 20 hours per week.
