EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S) / POŽADOVANÉ VZDĚLÁNÍ:

  • Bachelor or Master degree – economy or engineering

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S) / POŽADOVANÉ ZKUŠENOSTI:

  • Practical knowledge and experience with QMS (Quality Management Systems) is an advantage
  • Experience in automotive industry with PMO is an advantage
  • 5 years of experience in automotive industry (practical knowledge about APQP) is an advantage
  • English-communicative level as minimum
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office (especially word and excell, visio as an advantage)
  • High level of Power BI and SAP/CAT knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Program Management processes including mapping of processes and writing of procedures
  • Improve existing or define new program management processes and tools
  • Manage Global reporting for the Organization (Monthly KPI review, Scorecard, Portfolio dashboard, Change Management and others)
  • Conduct analysis and propose process improvements
  • Conduct monthly program audits and monitor program data stored in PLM system
  • Prepare agenda and meeting minutes from Program Milestones Review meetings
  • Support and run program deep dive review meetings
  • Support Program Management processes audits: KPI effectiveness and efficiency gap analysis and tracking of improvement
  • Responsibility for leading team leaders, department and its results, focusing on meeting customer requirements, legal requirements, in accordance with LPDS processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring professional training and staff development
  • Sets the strategy and goals (KPIs) for his/hers department, responsible for their fulfillment and for the fulfillment of personal goals
  • Organising regular meetings with team leaders / team members in Program Management and providing regular feedback
  • Support and evaluate team members in setting goals.
  • Team capacity planning - recruitment, adaptation and other financial costs. Approves the running costs of its department.
  • Responsibility for compliance with internal processes and procedures, for their optimization and streamlining.
  • Participates in the creation and updating of company policies and processes
  • Supports the process of solving major problems with products / projects / processes and supports audits in responsible areas.
  • Motivation of team members and their evaluation
  • Responsibility for assigning and controlling team tasks and priorities
  • Responsible for regular reporting of results and administration related to the running of the PM department
  • Cooperation with other departments
  • Performs other activities according to the superviser’s instructions, which do not contradict with the position’s activities.
  • During the work, respects all rules given for Health and Safety protection, Fire protection and all internal rules and legislative norms.
