Our growth and success open a challenging role for a BI Analyst to work on a range of end-to-end Data Insight projects. Working closely with our Senior BI Analyst you will help our business make sound decisions to continue our expansion and exceptional journey.
What’s your focus: Our QA Insight Team focus’ on providing world class Business Insights to other QA functions to enable them to make excellent decisions in real time. You will be a pivotal member of the team delivering accurate and timely data driven analysis to stakeholders; allowing them to make informed decisions for the success of QA and our Learners.
Pro-actively using data to identify issues, trends and opportunities then visualise these for key stakeholders and drive for action to address.

You will have solid experience of working with BI tools within a medium to large enterprise in a Data Analytic role. Strong preference for Power BI experience.
Essential: Data Analysis Skills
Experience in producing trend/pattern analysis to track data journeys.
Visualisation
Our software of choice is Power BI, but experience in similar software (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
Communication
Our team works closely with a range of technical/non-technical stakeholders, experience in communicating to both.
Desirable: DAX, Excel Formula, DevOps / JIRA, Power Automate

QUALIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:

PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
DA-100: Analysing Data with Microsoft Power BI
