BI Analyst

KeyLogic is currently seeking a BI Analyst to support an enterprise-wide customer’s SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports. Primary responsibilities will be monitoring ETLs, troubleshooting, and working closely with end users to resolve report issues. This position will also contribute to the development of Power BI reports and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and developing reports within SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports
• Experience working with Power BI or another similar Business Intelligence tool is preferred, but not required
• Demonstrate quantitative and critical thinking skills in the areas of finance, accounting, general business, supply chain, and/or a technology background
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  Security Clearance Information: You do not need a current/active clearance to apply but must be able to pass and hold a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation. You must have a valid work visa.

• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for reports in SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports
• Develop and document business requirements for new data sets, reports, and dashboards
• Analyze business requirements to determine the most advantageous reporting solution
• Develop and unit test new reports and dashboards in PowerBI based on business and technical requirements
• Design innovative and intuitive visualizations of data to enhance the value of data sets for WAPA staff
• Support development and maintenance of system documentation and training materials/guides
