BI Developer Opportunity | 6-Months Contract | Hybrid Role | Attractive Daily Rate $925 | Start Mid-March 2024

YOUR NEW ROLE

As a qualified candidate, you would be responsible for:

• Analysing the reporting requirements for new BI Reports as well as understanding the design of existing BI Reports.
• Creating reports, dashboards and supporting data integration tools to meet business requirements.
• Work with the team members to create ETL/CDC processes to ensure data ingestion for reporting.
• Using SQL and other tools to analyse large amounts of data relating to the utility industry.
• Creating new data models or modifying existing ones to support reporting.
• Working with a testing team to facilitate testing and release management of delivered reports.
• Creating the required documentation as part of delivering reporting capability to the corporation.

This specialist role will require the following skill sets:

• Ability to analyse and document reporting requirements and be able to perform gap-analysis.
• Ability to create reports using SAP BI.
• Ability to create dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar data visualisation platforms.
• Ability to analyse data using SQL.
• Understanding of ETL and CDC concepts and ability to use them when required.
• Understanding of data modelling principles and ability to create new data models for reporting.
• Demonstrated the ability to work with business users and engage with them throughout the lifecycle of the project.
