As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented BI Engineer to join our team and help us build out advanced reporting capabilities using Dundas BI (now Symphony).

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time skilled BI Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support our CMMS platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dundas BI (Symphony) and a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver insights that drive business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BI Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Dundas BI (Symphony).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling and data visualization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance management processes is a plus.
