Description:

A GLIMPSE OF YOUR DAILY MISSION

  • Collaborate with Sales Members to comprehend tender/request requirements/expectations for client responses.

  • Generate design and specification works for typical product configurations, including renders, space planning, and floor plan layouts when necessary.

  • Create presentation/mood boards for mock-up exercises.
  • Cross-check all order documents submitted by Sales for proper approval before dispatching to Shared Service Centre Order Services.
  • Assist in margin checks to ensure technical specifications align with customer requirements and tender scope.
  • Communicate with Haworth factories and third-party suppliers, providing CAD drawings of non-standard products for pricing and lead time quotes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, PCON, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal externals customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Support sales and project teams by providing design and specification expertise. Collaborate as a trusted partner to offer solutions on products and services aligned with customers’ workspace strategies. Enhance Haworth’s value proposition for clients by delivering tasks within timelines, accurately pricing projects, and maximizing financial and operational performance.
