This role is an exciting role with in a growing company. It has many possibilities to both grow skills and develop a long term place for yourself in an Award Winning Company.
We are currently looking for a Dynamic Executive to join us to support our sales process. This role will be primarily focused on bid management and the co-ordination of the quotations and proposals for the Technical Director. You will take full ownership of the administration of both tasks. You will be on hand to offer support to the commercial team in delivering high quality proposals. In addition to the day to day management you will produce regular reports to convey the progress made.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing core processes in the Neylons commercial team. You will be highly skilled in this area.
- The Technical Director will be reliant on you to ensure all quotations are processed in a timely manner.
- You will be involved with writing bids (tenders). This will be an area we will provide full training in and a great asset to your future career with Neylons. You will need a good level of writing.
- You will work closely with our entire commercial team who will introduce you to many ongoing strategies you can align with. This opportunity to work on projects together will benefit knowledge sharing and team work capabilities
- You will be fully supported by our Sales Director and Business Development Director who will support you to flourish in this role. This will be both direct training and mentoring.
- Facility Management is a vast industry with many complex needs. By working for a service industry you will find you grasp an overview of a business is run from a facility and compliance perspective.

General :
- Co-ordinate Commercial meetings weekly and others when appropriate
- Prepare quotations for clients in timely manner
- Liaise with operations team to prepare the quotation
- Support the operations team by obtaining costs from external providers when appropriate
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Prepare additional sales analysis reports as an when required. Suggest improvements
- Support the presentation of a positive image of the company and the brand
- Complete various additional commercial projects as instructed. These range from marketing campaigns to reviewing and creating marketing materials.
- Running Sales meting and Flex updating.
- Chasing Sales meetings actions with staff and clients
- Manage E-Tenders and Source Dog portals
- Manage Quotes for operational team
- Manage time lines for tender submissions.
- Manage Contracts / Sign Easy process for existing contracts
- Monitor sales
- Support Financial submissions
- Hybrid and office based
