Responsibilities:

As our new Bid Manager, you will be part of the Power Systems team, working alongside our power systems experts with managing and developing bids and tenders. Your location is in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark or Krakow Poland, but you will work with colleagues from all over the world. Your primary focus is international clients. With a growing energy market, you will help us selling our services within the green transition.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively leading bids including managing the bid team consisting primarily of subject matter experts and a bid coordinator.
  • Specifically, you will manage the development of bid strategy, technical proposal write-up, deliverables, schedule, budget, risks, personal resources, communication, contracts, and sustainability requirements. The result is high-quality proposal delivered on time.
  • Drive the bid through decision gates and internal governance.
  • Prep the Bid Team for potential interviews.
  • Ensuring compliance, eligibility and submitting on time.
  • Documentation and recording of client- and project-relevant data into various databases (e.g., CRM, Project Integration, resource planning)
  • Analysing success factors (win-loss), preparing presentations and participating in further developing / implementation of bid management tools and other aids as part of best practice.
  • Proactively Work with Key Account Managers to prepare for upcoming Bids.
