QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree Qualified in: Administration, Finance, Science, Marketing, Procurement / Commercial, Engineering, PMO.
- Minimum 5 years business experience (Not neccesarily in Bids but interest)
- Experience in a public health care system role with stakeholder management exposure in Mexico.
- Knowledge of Medical Devices or pharma industry.
- People Management Experience (career path, improve excellence performance)
- Intelectual curiosity (to explore this interesting field)
- Advanced English (to connect with main stakeholders and understand internal regulations)

- We are seeking a highly organized candidate that will drive our organization success through innovative and strategic bidding approaches and analysis.
- You will lead a team in efficiently managing the tender and proposal process.
- This role involves coordinating and overseeing the entire lifecycle of bids and tenders from opportunity verification to final delivery ensuring Quality and Compliance with all requirements and regulations.
- The Ideal candidate will posses’ excellent communication skills, ability to influence, motivate the teams and create an environment of team collaboration, work under pressure and understanding of public procedures.
- Purpose is to deliver a higher level of service to internal & external customers to drive results & efficiencies of processes, implement innovation and technological tools to measure results.
- Role will influence in shaping tactical & operational objectives in the customer contracting space
