JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Back End Developer to join our dynamic Development Team at CoreBridge Solutions. This role is ideal for those who thrive in innovative and fast-paced environments, possessing a solid background in software engineering and a passion for building scalable back-end systems. As a Back End Developer, you will engage deeply in system design, implementation, and optimization. By collaborating closely with front-end developers and integrating cutting-edge technologies, you will help drive the technical direction of our products and ensure they meet both customer needs and business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of the full web development process (development, deployment, and maintenance).
- Proficient in API development, database technologies (SQL, MongoDB), and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) for seamless integration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable back-end architecture for various digital solutions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing primarily on coding, bug fixing, and performance improvement.
- Engage in daily Agile scrum meetings to ensure project alignment and team collaboration.
