Description:
Join our team as a Bilingual DevOps Engineer! In this role you’ll be automating deployment processes, improving system reliability and performance, implementing infrastructure as Code, optimizing resource utilization, increasing deployment reliability and documenting DevOps processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Collaborating with software engineers, data analysts, and QA engineers to integrate DevOps practices and tools across different pods, providing mentorship and guidance for best practices.
- Automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce potential for human error.
- Monitoring and maintaining system performance and uptime, ensuring high reliability, quick recovery from incidents and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues.
- Collaborating closely with the Cybersecurity Architect and Engineer to implement strong security standards and protect PHI data.
- Implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistent environment setups.
- Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Continuously evaluating and improving the CI/CD process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for faster delivery.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for DevOps processes, systems, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- Leading large-scale projects or processes, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Coaching, mentoring and delegating work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
