JOB SUMMARY

Analyzes marketing and promotional needs, and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and internal communications
  • Designs and uses appropriate photographic or video equipment to record events, training programs and podcasts
  • Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company’s image
  • Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages
  • Establishes and maintains corporate identity, design standards, and policies across all business areas
  • Directs vendors to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns
  • May influence others at all levels of the company through explanation of facts, policies, and practices

QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Experience
Minimum of 7 years experience gained from technical learning or on the job.
Proficient in marketing and communication elements including traditional and digital marketing such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Social Media and market research methods.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of photographic and reproduction techniques, equipment, and processes
  • Knowledge of printing, design, layout, production processes, systems, and tools
  • Advanced computer skills including MS office and marketing software
