Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Bilingual (French/English) Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our growing team!
As a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will become a licensed insurance agent and authorized to sell home and auto insurance. You will deliver a seamless client experience by understanding individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions and providing guidance every step of the way.
The start date for this hybrid position is May 10th, 2024. This role can be based out of our Ottawa or London Ontario office.

What you’ll do here:

  • Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients’ most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps
  • Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services
  • Accept and process changes in payment methods
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner

THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO:

  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • During the first year with us, you will be required to work every Saturday. After the 12 months, they will be in 1 of 5-week rotation.
  • During the first year with us, we will ask you to work on statutory holidays and you will be compensated according to labor standards.
