We are looking for Bilingual Inside Sales Specialists to join our team in Fredericton, NB, Woodstock, NB, Calgary, AB, Cornwall, ON & or Remotely. You will be part of an enthusiastic sales team responsible for growing Xplore’s customer base and providing win-win solutions that enhance our customer’s experience. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will contribute to Xplore’s success by answering inbound calls from potential customers and guide them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible to offer Xplore’s innovative broadband solutions to help enhance the customer’s lifestyle at work, home and play.

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from potential customers to present the value of Xplore Internet Services - no cold calling!
- Being the first impression for potential customers driven to contact us though our marketing efforts
- Actively listening to potential customers, analyzing their needs and offering customized solutions
- Offering additional Xplornet products and services
- Using effective relationship building skills and probing abilities to successfully close the sale
- Working with partners and tools provided to schedule customer installation appointments
- Managing your individual prospects via follow-up calls and emails
- Working independently towards individual and team objectives
- Base hourly rate plus an on-target monthly bonus of 30-50% of your base wage that is uncapped
- Every sale contributes to your monthly bonus
- Shift bids weighted heavily on performance
- Regular sales incentive programs/contests with prizes
