REQUIREMENTS:

  • Either previous help desk experience, desktop experience, or network administration experience with at least client-side VPN and Citrix experience.
  • Must also type at least 30 WPM.
  • Beneficial Certifications: A+, NET+, MCP, MOUS Certification, HDI’s SCA Certification.
  • A drug test will be required.
    Reports to: Team Lead.
