Description:
Do you love flexing your critical thinking and analytical skills to create content that educates, informs, and entertains? Are you excited about using your language skills to offer excellent resources to Canadians who speak French? We’re looking for a passionate and creative bilingual content creator to drive the success of our clients by helping and enabling them to understand our platform. Our vision is for this individual to adapt and create the go-to source of education and inspiration for all things Humi-related—in French. That means we need an experienced and outside-the-box thinker to join our Knowledge Management Team (KM) to lead the charge!
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS A BILINGUAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE?
- Adapting existing content from English to French across our Help Centre
- Being on top of industry trends, and becoming a research guru to develop content themes and stories that will resonate with Canadian businesses
- Helping to establish Humi as a go-to resource for the most engaging and innovative content
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand needs and updating or creating new support articles and videos for the Help Centre
- Assessing, evaluating, and proposing solution plans to improve current content
- Interpreting and promoting knowledge management standards and guidelines, best practices, and state-of-the-art approaches
- Translating, creating, updating, and managing all French client-facing training and onboarding materials
- Developing initiatives to improve client usage & accessibility of existing content and resources
- Working closely with the KM team to present content in appealing and intuitive ways for a variety of audiences
- Oversee and maintain our French Revenue & Growth internal knowledge database
- Create innovative and engaging content that encourages clients to use the Help Centre first and promote ticket deflection
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Passion for translating and adapting content with accuracy and confidence
- Creativity that will challenge the team to think outside of what we’ve already done
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technology in a clear, concise, and effective manner for a wide range of audiences
- A resourceful attitude and thrive in ambiguity
- A strong work ethic with a constant desire to improve through constructive feedback
- To be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency
- Social media finesse
