We’re seeking a caring, high energy Bilingual Office Administration Assistant to join our collaborative Bridges Canada Sales Team. You specific responsibilities will include:

  • Entering all orders received via telephone, email or from our webstore
  • Processing credit card payments on orders as required
  • Assisting customers with tracking shipments
  • Assisting sales team with creating and organizing presentations or demos
  • Maintaining catalogue mailing list for marketing
  • Assisting with general inquiries from bilingual prospects and clients
  • Assisting with follow-up on delinquent (bilingual only) accounts
  • Accounts payable data entry and filing
  • Mailing and emailing of invoices
  • Filing of picking tickets for LKG & Bridges

Qualifications / skills:

  • Strong oral and written communicator, bilingual in English and French
  • Excellent planning, organizing, & communicating skills.
  • You’re passionate about customer service and have experience in customer focused roles
  • You’re comfortable connecting with customers over the telephone to make the customer experience uniquely personal
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Multitasker capable of handling different requests and multiple priorities across business units
  • Good data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to adapt to an ERP system for order entry and returns management
  • Willingness to work onsite
