QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS diploma/GED;
- 1-3 years of office experience.
- Bilingual capability in Spanish/English.
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Office experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and remain calm with visitors or callers who present a variety of needs.
- Ability to form productive relationships with agency staff across all programs.
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients and visitors; manage a volume of telephone and in-person inquiries regarding eligibility for services.
- Schedule appointments, maintain confidential client files, and develop logs and reports using Excel.
- Translate and interpret client communication.
- Record financial transactions and complete bank deposits.
