• Investigate payments made by customers towards their Mortgages, Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOCs), and Bridge Loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Review and comprehend the terms and conditions of customers’ mortgages to provide informed assistance and support.
• Examine and verify client request letters financial institutions, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collect crucial client data from solicitors and meticulously check property lien and property charge paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify funds received from solicitors and other financial institutions, approving payouts for secured products or facilities.
• Implement operational rules and processes, ensuring all necessary precautions are taken to uphold the accuracy of daily client and partner transactions
