Description:
Bilingual Project Manager: Production Changes
Work Type/Location Hybrid – Mirabel (3 days/week)
In your role as Project Manager, you will report to the Project Management Business Partner (PMBP). As Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team with the goal of fulfilling their commitments supporting activities linked to development and change management activities. The project manager will be the co-pilot of Engineering function for the Management team. Mission will consist of initiating and supporting the plan for production change activities while following its execution until submission of deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You have a bachelor’s in engineering, Project management, Business administration or the equivalent;
- You have from three (3) to eight (8) years of experience in project management;
- You have leadership skills, and can defend your point when necessary;
- You can prioritize and are able to lead multiple operational issues;
- You are an organized person;
- You have the experience to collaborate with multiple collaborators at the same time;
- You have experience in Engineering domain (an advantage);
- You have experience in the aerospace industry (an advantage);
- You have presentation skills both orally and in writing in French and in English;
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the high-level schedule of development and change activities;
- Guide the engineering team through the gates of change processes; build analysis related to the team workload while identifying bottlenecks and capacity issues;
- Work in collaboration with multiple partners (internal & external) at the same time in order to achieve the development and change activities;
- Communicate to Engineering team their priorities;
- Support the execution of team priorities and deliverables;
- Support required governances link to the support Engineering group release;
- Provide a capacity plan to management team;
