Description:
SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for providing World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost effective manner, while continuously searching and providing state of the art Recruitment methodology. Position identifies, recruits, interviews and recommends candidates for entry-level, high volume positions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s Degree or 4 (four) years equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related area
- Must have business perspective
- Bilingual (French-English)
Responsibilities:
- Screen and interview candidates to fill current or expected vacancies
- Administer pre-employment tests and check references
- Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice
- May assist with the placement of employment advertisements and related duties
