Responsibilities:
- Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry.
- Using a local CRM system, qualify prospects by telephone
- Identify, re-activate, rank-up and onboard new business
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through multiple mediums such as telephone, email, SMS, and online video platforms
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives
- Act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Maintain team work by incorporating a positive attitude
