Responsibilities:

  • Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry.
  • Using a local CRM system, qualify prospects by telephone
  • Identify, re-activate, rank-up and onboard new business
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers through multiple mediums such as telephone, email, SMS, and online video platforms
  • Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
  • Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives
  • Act as the customer’s point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
  • Maintain team work by incorporating a positive attitude
