As the Bilingual Senior Program Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing comprehensive training programs Your role will be pivotal in identifying training gaps, designing proactive and remedial training interventions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the efficacy and compliance of the training initiatives.

Bilingual Senior Program Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and performance analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on performance enhancement.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions utilizing various delivery methods, including virtual platforms and blended learning approaches.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops to foster maximum participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain meticulous documentation of training activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on training outcomes and compliance metrics.

Bilingual Senior Program Development Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program development and training within a security or aviation environment.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) regulations and training requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and learning management systems.
