Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing organization-wide recruitment. The TAM will partner with leadership and communicate recruitment strategies, objectives, and analytical reporting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual required
  • College degree. 3 years of recruiting management experience is acceptable in lieu of college degree.
  • 3-5 years recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional computer, written and verbal skills.
  • Proven experience with high volume recruiting.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Driver License & liability insurance. Personal transportation.
  • Moderate travel in, and around, the Austin region required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for eight hours.
  • Ability to bend and twist.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
  • Ability to work in a confined area.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, keyboard, reach, stoop and kneel.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required as business demands dictate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies and objectives in partnership with department leaders.
  • Advise hiring managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Manage full life recruiting process, including high volume positions.
  • Proactively build and manage candidate pipelines and assess priority levels of current and future positions in order to focus recruiting/sourcing efforts.
  • Identify potential talent by utilizing cost effective techniques to include, but not limited to, job boards, social media, job fairs, networking meetings and employee referral program.
  • Maintain superior customer service to all internal and external customers. .
  • Serve in expert role as System Administrator for Applicant Tracking System. Manage responses to user inquiries, train new users and collaborate with HRIS Administrator and IT to resolve any problems.
  • Develop and deliver recruitment training to hiring managers as a one-on-one basis or in group situations; also collaborate with Learning and Development department to develop training.
  • Frequent follow ups to assess recruiting call/interview goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
