HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR MAGICAL EXPERIENCE?

We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Billing Analyst to join our Credit to Cash LATAM team. As a Billing Analyst you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the invoicing processes, contributing to provide and excellent experience to our customers. Your role will involve reconciling accounts, analyzing billing and sales data, identifying discrepancies and implementing solutions to improve billing accuracy and timeliness. By maintaining meticulous records and collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting teams you will play a key role in supporting our business and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Provides timely efficient and effective billing efforts, with the goal of obtaining work done on time based on agreements or before the due date.
  • Revenue recognition base on Disney Corporate Accounting policies
  • High interaction with the Sales, Accounting and Finance teams.
  • Contracts follow up and controls.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Identifies deviations and generates Reports to the Sales Team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO BE PART OF THIS STORY:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • 2 years’ experience in Credit & Collections.
  • Preferred Billing Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including enhanced ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal or external business leadership.
  • Service oriented.
  • Responsible and Proactive.
  • Very organized in the transactional processing function.
