PACK MEMBER PROFILE: BILLING AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (PART TIME)

As a Billing and Accounts Payable Specialist at Lion Chaser Development Group, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and payment processes within our organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Enhance the organization’s financial stability and operational effectiveness. Part-time with the potential for full-time employment in the future. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven 3-5+ years of experience in a billing or accounting role.
  • Experience with Restaurant365 software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively delegate instructions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to switch gears and handle varying tasks on a day-to-day basis is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior restaurant experience and knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Core Values: Embody our core values in all that you do.
  • Billing: Prepare, process and apply client payments. Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing information and resolve any discrepancies in billing or invoices.
  • Accounts Payable: Maintain accounts payable invoices based on billing information within Restaurant365 and prepare weekly payments for approval.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all transactions within Restaurant365 and PaySimple.
  • Banking: Weekly bank matching of transactions within Restaurant365.
  • Client & Internal Communications: Respond to Client and/or LCDG team member inquiries regarding billing and follow up on anything outstanding.
  • Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes by providing requested documentation and information.
