YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY WILL BE…

• Creating efficiencies and process improvements through standardisation; minimising off system processes, increasing controls and automation.
• Having a strong customer experience focus and placing significant importance on the customer onboarding journey.
• Working closely with the relevant business stakeholders to ensure the design of the new solutions are in line with requirements and will meet the expected business benefits.
• Evaluating and planning for the business change, ensuring that the business receives comprehensive communication and is thoroughly trained ahead of a launch.
• Ensuring that the implementation and testing of any new solutions meets the business requirements.

The Billing Assurance Specialist will play in key role in supporting the business change activities for the Telematics business unit to support our continued growth, which will include:

• Consolidating the existing customer onboarding processes to achieve economies of scale and to address any gaps in revenue leakage.
• Leading projects across multiple territories which will allow the business unit to reach strategic objectives.
• Supporting the release of new product offerings and platform migrations, ensuring that Finance requirements are met, and thorough testing is completed.
• Analysing and reconciling sales data to invoice data to ensure all customer charges are being applied in a clear and consistent manner
