Review and process projects for billing accuracy
Verify purchase orders and obtain necessary authorizations
Handle collections and follow up on unpaid Receivables
Maintain customer billing records and resolve any billing discrepancies
Work closely with Port Managers to ensure accurate billing practices
Source Travel Arrangements for employees
Answer incoming phone calls
Assist with any other office duties as necessary

Dependable and detail oriented a must

• Skilled in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
• 1+ years of experience in a related role
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
• Expertise in Purchase Orders
• Strong familiarity with Collections
• Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience
• Billing experience desired
