Billing Order Management Officer

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge and exposure to accounting softwares- NetSuite will be an advantage;
• Proficient in data entry and management of data.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Accounting Software (Netsuite);
• Microsoft Office: Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint);
• Advanced Excel (Required).

SKILLS & OTHER COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and customer service mindset;
• Strong organisational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
• Ability to take full ownership of the accounts receivable and collections duties;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, high attention to details and discipline;
• Proven experience in billing and order management.
