• Responsible for end to end, bill to pay for a group of key complex customers. Manage billing activities to ensure billing for those customers is complete, accurate, in the required customer format and is submitted in a timely manner;
• Attending client meetings to present and discuss billing and cash collection reviews;
• Working with the SSC India billing team, to ensure they work effectively with internal and external customers on billing queries, supporting documents, contractual changes, client liaison, prospective sales and timely cash collections;
• TWorking with SSC India to monitor that service delivery is maintained in accordance with the Target Operating Model and documented Service Levels and KPI’s and identify areas of success and areas of concern;
• Supporting and assisting with Audits: SOX, Internal and External;
• Working with Agencies to onboard and exit clients.
