This global water, waste and energy corporation based in the Western Sydney region is looking for a Billings Admin to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This company is a multinational business within the sustainability and ecological transformation space and is a market leader in their field.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Billings Administration Supervisors and situated within the Billings Administration team, this role is responsible for handling the administration of billings for the team. The duties of the role will include:

  • Manual confirmation of runsheets where necessary
  • Review of automatic confirmation for major and minor errors, and release of postponed jobs as required
  • Reconciling external subcontractor invoices to confirmed runsheets
  • Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
  • Assist the Billing Administration Team by providing daily administrative support.
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue by reviewing of exception reports and initiating corrective actions and other administrative duties as required

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

  • Previous experience within a billings/finance/administration environment
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively on tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environmen
