Description:

GCL Group are currently seeking a BIM Technician for their client, a well-established and growing Main Contractor who specialise in Fit-Out and Construction projects.
This job will be based in Dublin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Technology, BIM or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • General building/fit out experience with a Main Contractor is a plus.
  • Strong experience using BIM software; Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed 3D BIM Models.
  • Ensure models are in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Conduct conformity checks on Revit models.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and design team as necessary.
