REQUIREMENTS:

• Have strong passion for user experience design, be innovative, self-motivated, good at solving problems and willing to accept challenges
• Currently studying or have completed design-related professional studies
• Have a certain foundation in visual design and master design software such as Figma
• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
• Have good communication and collaboration skills and can work across teams

• Creation of Binance Design system, participating in the complete design process, from user research, interaction design, visual design to user testing
• Participate in design exploration and testing of Color, Font, Layout, Icons, etc., and innovative user experience interface concept design
• Assist in processing design requests, participate in design reviews, and assist in resolving design and development issues raised by designers and BUs
• Competitive product tracking and experience design analysis, as well as assistance in completing user satisfaction data statistics and analysis
