For my client – a globally renowned biotech CDMO in Visp, Switzerland – I am looking for a Bio Process Engineer to join an innovative and dynamic team!

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Bioconjugates Production Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in managing production campaigns at our BioConjugates IBEX facilities. You’ll work alongside a diverse team, ensuring that our production processes meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality products.

Activities

• Coordinate production campaigns for bioconjugates at IBEX facilities, ensuring timely and quality production.
• Conduct risk analyses and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and cleaning regulations.
• Act as a liaison between production and customers, representing the team in direct contact.
• Participate in project teams for investments, process optimization, and system activities.
• Execute operational batch record reviews independently and according to internal guidelines (manufacturing records, cleaning records in MES / DeltaV)
• Prepare and implement risk analyses for assigned projects, ensuring proper measures are taken.
• Follow cGMP guidelines during production campaigns, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions.
• Document processes and contribute to the preparation of campaign reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Implement relevant GMP documents and provide training for assigned products.
