The Bio Processing Associate for Leica Biosystems is responsible for Tissue-culture production (TCP) related manufacturing in line with customer needs.
This position is part of the TCP Department located in Newcastle upon Tyne and will be on site.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • A relevant scientific qualification (BSc/MSc) in a related subject
  • Experience of FMCG environment or other Tissue-culture based environment Able to apply problem solving logic and can solve basic problems

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Working within the constraints of a regulated industry preferably experience of FDA inspection processes and GMP
  • ISO 9001:13485 or CGMP processes
