POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineering Tech lead with extensive experience in blockchain technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development of blockchain-based solutions, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of innovative products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Lead the design and development of blockchain-based applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect robust and efficient solutions leveraging blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and evaluate their potential impact on our products and services.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of production systems.
• Collaborate with external partners and third-party vendors as needed for integration and interoperability with blockchain networks.
• Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing efforts within the team.
