Blockchain Product Director [ Crypto currency / financial market ]

Working hours : Mon - Fri, 9am- 6pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiar with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, able to adapt to industry changes, and propose corresponding solutions.
• Keen insight towards market with a deep understanding and rich perception of the cryptocurrency industry.
• Experience in system design and planning, and be able to dismantle the corresponding product system framework based on business goals and models.
• Experience in data analysis, to evaluate and analyze product usage, and use data to promote product iteration.
• Experience in Internet product development and management.
• Experience in blockchain product design or development are preferred.
• Experience in blockchain and smart contracts are preferred.

• Based on existing digital currency wallet products, promote and plan the innovation of product business models.
• Analyze the development trends of the digital currency industry, explore new needs, and quickly iterate and adjust the development direction of products and services in a timely manner.
• According to the situation of the product project, build a team organizational structure, formulate and implement talent recruitment plans, division of job responsibilities and work deployment.
• Responsible for product life cycle management and follow up on product design, development, testing, launch and operation.
