The BMC Product Manager (Social Media) will be responsible for the publishing, reporting and social media listening platform(s) for the whole of EY globally to deliver peerless social media across 100+ countries. They will be the in-house expert on Sprinklr and other related technology, and drive best practice across EY’s global use of Social Media.
As this role is remote, applications are welcome from across the EMEIA Region preferably in Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, Spain, Norway, and South Africa.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Must have excellent knowledge of the social media landscape and the tools needed to offer a best-in-class delivery for a large organisation. This includes delivery and maintenance of the technology but also ensuring the right processes, guidance and governance are in place.
  • Ensure that platforms are used to full capacity to provide insight from social media listening to allow users to inform communications and marketing decisions and evaluation from reporting functions to allow teams to drive and improve content performance.

We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy self-starter with the right attitude to take on challenges, educate and understand a diverse group of marketing and business stakeholders, and have the appetite to drive ideas through to execution.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with the Product Management and Global Social media teams and other Marketing and Social media teams around the world to drive technology adoption and ensure that the technology and guidance, documentation and training are gold standard.

In this role:

  • You form part of a wider team, driving the continual optimization of the BMC Technology roadmap with a view to make it scalable in 100+ countries. You will collaborate with teams across BMC, Markets, Knowledge, EY technology, our regions, and our partner agencies.
  • You are driven by a relentless desire to create best in class systems that will grow our digital footprint and reach, support lead generation and conversion, and more generally enable the external marketing function with technology.
  • You will manage and oversee all elements of platform configuration within budget, resource and time constraints.
  • You will own the Sprinklr (and associated technology) operating model, incorporating both the technical and business operating models, to ensure that the BMC products are properly embedded and managed within the organization, help drive adoption across service lines, sectors and regions, and maximize our operational agility and excellence.
  • You will determine, document and be responsible for EY’s best practice use of the Sprinklr platform and associated technology across all EY firms and functions.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Experience using a range of publishing, listening and evaluation tools eg Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, Brandwatch
  • Knowledge of the social media technology landscape for publishing, listening and evaluation
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to work with technical teams to ensure that platforms are connected and optimised to get the most from them
  • A strong grasp of B2B digital content and channel strategies
  • A passion for social media marketing, gained within a global business
  • Proven experience of data driven marketing and knowledge of current regulations like GDPR and the e-privacy directive
  • Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
  • Experience working with highly diverse and geographically dispersed teams
