IN ADDITION, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Essential - Tertiary or trade qualifications in a related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics would be highly advantageous
• Essential - Advanced computer skills
• Essential – Previous experience with the Commercial Construction industry BMS – discipline
• Essential - Previous experience working with highly complex control solutions
• Knowledge of networking, database technology and trends in BMS / HVAC would be highly advantageous.
• Electrical License - Preferred but not essential

• BMS Control system design, implementation, and documentation
• Definition of scope - Drafting and presentation of Funtional Descriptions – Project based
• Assessment of customer site for installation requirements, installation design
• Prepare submittals in respect to Schneider engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales and delivery teams and lead Engineering team to obtain submittal approval
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of building automation system principles and design.
• Planning / scheduling of project execution including attendance to builder’s design meetings
• Provide technical direction to project team members
• Ensure all Engineering/Techical Issues or Risks are recorded and communicated to the Project Manager/Project Director
• Ensure commissioning, testing and final tuning of the project is finished on time with record documentation
• Represent the company in a professional manner whilst ensuring all statutory & safety standards are met
