Description:
A position has arisen for a temporary Capital Project Manager placed within a highly established organisation situated in Hertfordshire. This role takes responsibility for managing a range of projects across the site for a contract length of 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Capital Projects team and managing a range of Capital schemes
- Preparing capital funding reports and forecasts for the Senior Management Team and Non-Executive Directors
- Leading the in-house Technical/M&E teams on proposed projects
- Leading the re-tender of several procured services such as water management, BMS and HVAC maintenance as well as fire and life safety which included alarm systems, fire door and fire stopping inspections
- Carrying out internal governance and assurance checks and implementing and recording to demonstrate correct management of these activities
